NO SWEAT INTRO

At Three Hammers Training our mission is to help you meet your health and fitness goals. We've created a simple four step plan to get you started. The first step is to schedule a Free "No Sweat Intro" with one of our coaches.

 

What is a No Sweat Intro

The "No Sweat Intro" is exactly as it sounds, no sweat...(yet). We want to dedicate 15-20 minutes, one-on-one, to learn how we can best help you start your journey. This also includes a tour of our facility, a quick meet and greet of our staff and from there you can decide if we are a right fit for you.

Getting to know you

We're eager to learn about you, your daily lifestyle, your past experiences with fitness, the things you enjoy doing (in or outside of the gym), and any obstacles that may have hindered you in the past.

Understanding your goals

We want to understand your “Why”. What drives you? What motivates you? We want to find out exactly what your goals are.

Making a plan

Once we get to know you better, we'll work together to create the right plan that fits your personal needs and ultimately, will get you where you want to be.
