Our team has a special passion and connection to the sport of Weightlifting (Olympic Weightlifting). We have put a lot of blood, sweat, tears into the sport over the years and recently into our dedicated space. Our weightlifting programs are designed for every level of Olympic weightlifting athlete. Whether you are picking up the barbell for the first time, trying to make your lifts more efficient for CrossFit, trying to get stronger/faster for your sport or preparing for a National meet, we are the team for you!

What is Weightlifting?

Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the snatch and the clean and jerk.

Training in the Sport

Our programming and guidance can be used for the competition focused lifter, avid CrossFitter trying to better their technique, or team sport athlete trying to get more explosive. We are also a USAW affiliated club and our coaches are USAW certified.

We've invested in professional level equipment. Combined our coaches have over 10 years experience in competing and coaching in the sport.

We have dedicated space and hours specifically focused on weightlifting. We invested in the space so that we can invest in you!
